| FAIRFIELD, NJ: ISH, Inc. announced today
the successful go-live of Lawson Software’s HR/Payroll
Suite at Bon Secours Baltimore Health System in Baltimore,
Maryland, Bon Secours Hampton Roads Health System in Norfolk,
Virginia, and Bon Secours Health System’s corporate
headquarters located in Marriottsville, Maryland. This
brings a total of 15,000 BSHSI employees utilizing the
Lawson HR/Payroll Suite under ISH’s guidance and
partnership since 2004.
ISH, in conjunction with all the Bon Secours local
facilities located in Maryland, New York, Virginia,
South Carolina, Florida and Kentucky developed the Bon
Secours Health System Human Resource and Payroll Business
Model. The Business Model was the “blueprint”
for the project. The implementation of Lawson is one
of the facets of the Business Model that allows Bon
Secours Health System to continue to standardize business
processes to support the associates of the health system.
The creation of the Business Model included gathering
information on each site to develop policies and procedures
that would allow each organization to realize full functionality
from the application while maintaining the integrity
of their individual business processes and the HR Business
Model.
Working closely with Executive Leadership and the BSHSI
project teams, the ISH team supported the organization
with implementation, training of end users and go-live
support, resulting in an on-time, on-budget initiative.
According to David McCombs, VP ERP/Supply Chain Operations,

of the implementation of an enterprise-wide effort to
enhance our Human Resource functions and better support
Bon Secours Health System employees. ISH has provided
critical expertise and implementation support that has
greatly contributed to the success of this effort.”
